The Lady Cyclones won their 4th consecutive 5A West Conference title at Eagle Crest in Alma on Tuesday. RHS shot a 245, which was 16 strokes better than second place Greenwood. Susanna Manns was the overall gold medalist with a low round of 70. Roccelle Manns shot an 81, which was 2nd place by 4 strokes. Addison Turner shot a personal best 94. Girls' state will be next week at Ridgepointe CC in Jonesboro, hosted by Valley View High School.
The Cyclone boys tied for 1st place with Harrison before losing a sudden death playoff. Riley Davis finished second overall with a round of 69. Lawson Lew had a 73, Caleb Campbell shot a 74, Landen Foley an 88, and Sam Handsman a 91
5A Boys' state will be in two weeks at the Pine Bluff Country Club, hosted by PB White Hall.
